AI Engineer (Google Cloud & Agentic Systems)

We are looking for an AI Engineer who is passionate about building intelligent agents and machine learning models that integrate seamlessly into real-world business systems.

The Role

You will be the technical architect behind our custom generative AI and agentic solutions. Using the Google Cloud AI stack, you will design, develop, and deploy AI agents that solve complex business problems. You won't just be building chatbots; you will be creating sophisticated systems that can reason, use tools, and put a client’s data to work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agentic System Design: Build and orchestrate autonomous AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or Google’s Vertex AI Agent Builder.
  • ML Development: Develop and fine-tune machine learning models, specifically leveraging Google Vertex AI, Gemini, and Model Garden.
  • Integration: Architect RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to connect LLMs with private client data and enterprise systems.
  • Responsible AI: Implement rigorous safety filters, bias detection, and ethical guardrails to ensure all solutions meet our high standards for responsible AI.
  • Prototyping to Production: Lead the lifecycle from rapid proof-of-concept (PoC) to full production deployment, ensuring scalability and security.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Deep experience with Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
  • Programming Mastery: Advanced Python skills (fastAPI, PyTorch, or TensorFlow) and experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or Vertex Vector Search).
  • Agentic Mindset: Proven track record of building multi-agent systems that go beyond simple prompt-response interactions.
  • Consultative Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders—matching the "direct approach" of our leadership.
  • Experience: 5+ years in Software/ML Engineering, with at least 1-2 years focused specifically on Generative AI and LLMs.
